A bed and breakfast lodging facility is defined as a hotel or similar facility, offering from one to eight lodging units and breakfast to travelers or guests.

How long will it take to review my application?
30 to 45 days from beginning to end. This permit requires additional documents from applicants, therefore can take longer depending on applicant response time.

How long is my permit valid?
Good until the following June 30th after your permit gets issued, and then you will need to renew for the following year every June 30th.
