The last four and a half years have been a time of growth and excitement for me as we have worked through the TPEAC process together. I want to thank all of you who have spent so many hours creating new approaches to doing the business of the State of Washington. The best part for me has been watching each of you grow and develop better relationships in your determination to “find a better way.” I know you are a model for more effective processes and improved outcomes at all levels of government. Your work is already being incorporated into other agencies and communities here in Washington and beyond. My hope is that you will continue to be ambassadors for multi-agency, interdisciplinary problem solving throughout your professional lives. Again thank you for your dedication and hard work! It is an honor being associated with you.
